7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KlikFirst LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
