Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms govern your paid subscription to klikcontentpilotai, a service operated by KlikFirst LLC. By subscribing to a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise), you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service. The Free plan is not subject to billing terms.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Pro Plan — $29/month

Billed monthly. Includes unlimited caption generation, all tone presets, full platform support, hashtag analytics, template library, email support, and 5 brand voice profiles.

Pro Plan — $290/year (Save 17%)

Billed annually. Includes all Pro features at a discounted rate. Save $58 per year compared to monthly billing.

Enterprise Plan — Custom Pricing

Tailored to your organization's needs. Includes everything in Pro plus SSO, dedicated account management, custom AI model tuning, full API access, SLA guarantee, and 24/7 priority support. Contact sales for pricing.

3. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis:

• Billing Cycle: Monthly plans are billed on the same calendar day each month. Annual plans are billed on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
• Payment Method: You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all subscription fees. You must keep your payment information current.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and may retry the payment. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
• Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect on your next billing cycle.

4. Free Trial

New Pro subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial, you have full access to all Pro features. At the end of the trial, you must add a payment method to continue. If you do not add a payment method, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan with no charge.

5. Auto-Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancellation. Renewal charges are processed on your billing date at the then-current subscription rate.

6. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
• There are no cancellation fees or early termination penalties.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades: When you upgrade from Free to Pro or Pro to Enterprise, the new plan takes effect immediately. If upgrading mid-cycle, we prorate the charge for the remaining period.

Downgrades: When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to current plan features until the cycle ends. No refunds are issued for the remaining period of the current cycle.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid billing cycle. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable. The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds. All refund requests must be directed to support@klikcontentpilotai.com.
