Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the terms under which KlikFirst LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for klikcontentpilotai subscriptions. We believe in transparency and fair treatment of all our customers. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges associated with it. There are no refunds for the Free plan as no payment is collected. You may stop using the Free plan at any time by simply discontinuing use of the Service. Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

3. Pro Plan — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro plan billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge, you are eligible for a full refund. This applies to both monthly and annual Pro subscriptions.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Contact us at support@klikcontentpilotai.com within 14 days of your first charge
  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
  • Upon refund, your account reverts to the Free plan immediately

4. Enterprise Plan — Refunds

Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per the terms of your Enterprise agreement. Standard Enterprise contracts include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact your dedicated account manager or our support team to discuss any refund requests.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals beyond the first billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the first charge
  • Partial months or unused portions of a billing cycle
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Downgrades from Pro to Free mid-cycle (you retain Pro access until cycle end)

6. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Self-service: Navigate to Billing in your Dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription." Follow the confirmation steps.
  • Support-assisted: Email support@klikcontentpilotai.com with your cancellation request. Include your account email for verification.

Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be incurred. Your account reverts to the Free plan at the period end.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically complete within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
